In Peshawar, Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, who is a lawyer for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has been selected as the temporary chairman of the party. The decision was made on Saturday during the PTI's intra-party elections, which were conducted online.
Today, the registered voters of Tehreek-e-Insaaf participated in the elections to choose a new chairman. Barrister Gohar Khan submitted his nomination documents for the position of PTI Chairman.
According to Chief Election Commissioner Niazullah Niazi, Umar Ayub has been chosen as the Central General Secretary of PTI. Umar Gohar Ayub will serve as the PTI's Central Secretary General, and Chaudhry Parvez Elahi will take on the role of Central President.
Furthermore, Yasmin Rashid has been selected to lead the PTI in Punjab, and Ali Amin Gandapur will lead the PTI in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These decisions mark significant developments in the leadership of the PTI.
